Feeding Directions

Cowlick 40% MooGoo Tubs are designed to be fed FREE CHOICE to grazing beef cattle, in conjunction with good management practices.
Intake of this product should average 200 gm to 400 gm per head per day based on a 500kg animal.
Do not feed to overly hungry or starved animals as over-consumption may occur.
Adequate roughage must be available at all times.
Offer 1 tub per 20 head of cattle to help insure timid and smaller cattle get their share.
Consumption is controlled by a combination of factors including composition and hardness of the supplement, condition of the cattle, quality of roughage available, weather conditions, and previous feeding or management practices.
Place tubs in areas where animals congregate; loafing areas, near water source, or where roughage is fed. To increase consumption, relocate closer to these areas, and to decrease consumption move them farther away.
A supplemental free-choice Cowlick mineral should also be provided in addition to the 40% MooGoo tub. It may be necessary to remove this mineral to encourage initial tub consumption.
CAUTION:
1. Directions for use must be carefully followed.
2. Do not use in association with another feed containing supplemental selenium.
3. Provide free access to fresh, clean water at all times.
4. Store unopened tubs in a cool dry area.
WARNING: This supplement containts COPPER. DO NOT FEED TO SHEEP or other species that have a low tolerance to supplemental copper.
